Hello, brave soul!
Have you been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, a lack of belonging, self-critical, or down? Have you tried different ways of coping, but nothing seems to work?
As much as we’d like, we cannot “get rid” of difficult emotions, thoughts and experiences. But we can learn how to adapt. We can train our mind to process information in a more useful way; we can connect deeply to ourselves to offer safety, support, and regulation so that highly emotional moments feel less intense; and we can shift our focus to what’s meaningful and fulfilling, despite of and even during, times of distress.
I believe adaptive coping mechanisms are within all of us— we have an inner resilience that can allow us to not only feel more grounded, but thrive. It takes some tools and inner work, but that’s why I’m here— to guide you every step of the way.
“ If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place."
