“The physical body is not only a temple for our soul, but the means by which we embark on the inward journey toward the core.”
― B.K.S. Iyengar

Yoga, in its essential form, is a practice of self development, creating a connection between the mind, body, and spirit.

Yoga (meaning union) is a mindfulness-based physical practice that continues to bring the student back to the breath, as a source of grounding, energy, and presence. Yoga has incredible mental health benefits, as well as stretching and the releasing of tension and physical distress. It includes physical postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and philosophy.

Meditation also has a powerful impact of teaching you how to sit in stillness, without judgment. I primarily facilitate mindfulness-based meditation (vipassana) and compassion-focused meditation (karuna, metta) tailoring practices your needs. Mindfulness and compassion lie at the center of embodied healing and are 100% accessible to everyone. Once you learn how to access these intuitive tools, your journey transforms immensely.
